The Founders Selection

Auction and competition lots, selected at origin, are released in limited quantities.

At Mikava, we produce coffee to compete on the world stage. Each harvest, select lots are chosen for global competitions and auctions, coffees defined by precision, rarity, and performance.

The Founder’s Selection offers our customers private access to some of the most exceptional coffees produced on our farms. Many of these lots are typically secured by visiting competitors or reserved for auction before ever reaching the public.

Through registration, our community receives notifications when a new Founder’s Selection coffee becomes available. Each release is extremely limited and offered within a short ordering window.

The Founders Selection offers private access to some of the most exceptional coffees produced on our farms. These rare lots are released in limited quantities and are typically secured by specialty roasters, competitors, or auction buyers. Now we are offering you the chance to receive early notification when a new selection becomes available.
No. Email is required to join the Founders Selection. Providing a phone number is optional and may be used for occasional SMS notifications about new releases. You can reply STOP at anytime.
Joining the Founders Selection is completely free. You only pay for the coffees you choose to purchase when a release becomes available.
After the order window closes, the green coffee is prepared and shipped to our roastery in Portland. Once it arrives, it is roasted to order before being shipped to customers.
New coffees are typically released around once per month, depending on harvest availability and lot selections.
No. The Founders Selection is not a subscription. Each release is optional, and you only purchase coffees if you choose to during the ordering window.
All releases are roasted at once in our Portland, Oregon, roastery and shipped worldwide.

All orders ship from our Oregon roastery. We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States. Flat-rate international shipping is available to select countries. Shipping timelines depend on the coffee’s arrival from Colombia and the scheduled roast date. Once roasted, orders are dispatched promptly, and tracking details are provided.
