Variety: Gesha

Region: Tolima, Colombia  

Cup profile:  Soft bodied, fruit forward with a bright juicy acidity.  Finishing with a brown sugar and peppery finish.  

Tasting notes: Yellow tropical fruits, zest of orange, brown sugar.

Aromatics: Dried red fruits, blood orange, and raspberry milk chocolate. 

Process: Natural process, Anaerobic fermentation for 120 hours.  Solar Aerobic Slow Dry (SASD) on raised drying beds under shade. 

Roast: Light

Weight:  250g/8.8oz

Our Favorite Brew Methods: 
  1. Conical Brew Dripper (Hario V60 or Origami) @ 1:16 coffee to water ratio.  
  2. Automatic Home Brewer @ 2 tablespoons of medium-coarse ground coffee for every 8 ounces of water.  For stronger coffee reduce to 6 ounces.
