PRE ORDERS AVAILABLE FOR THIS COFFEE. IT IS CURRENTLY IN TRANSIT FROM OUR FARM AND IS DUE INTO THE ROASTERY MID-DECEMBER. 

Gesha Marsella has a sweet-tart structure with bright, juicy acidity and a light coffee roast with aromatics of Blueberry, red grape, orange blossom and rasin. Taste notes of Raspberry, Orange Blossom, Floral, Honey and a silky body.

Process: Natural process, extended fermentation carbonic maceration (CM). Solar aerobic slow dry (SASD) on raised beds.

Farm: Marsella – 1750 Meters

Cup profile: Sweet-tart structure with bright, juicy acidity.

Raspberry, Orange Blossom, Floral, Honey

Roast: Light, whole bean
